In the heart of Tondo—Manila’s most densely populated informal settlement—BrightArc is launching a digital access initiative to help students stay connected, engaged, and prepared for a changing world.
This project brings enterprise-grade Wi-Fi and classroom tablets to a public elementary school where most families lack home internet or devices. BrightArc will provide shared tablets preloaded with offline learning content, along with annual internet service to support daily use by students and teachers.
With this setup, learning continues—whether online, offline, or somewhere in between.
