In Metro Manila, BrightArc launched a pilot initiative offering flexible education stipends to over 300 low-income families. Each stipend—equivalent to one month’s salary—was designed to reduce barriers to learning by allowing families to choose how best to support their child’s education, whether through data plans, electricity or basic school expenses.
This approach reinforced BrightArc’s belief that dignity begins with trust—and that digital inclusion means more than just access to devices. It means giving families the resources and agency to keep education within reach, even in uncertain times.
